	Property has boat launch, boat and jet ski moorage with docks and water anchors. Beach has fire pits, picnic tables and the best beach by far on the lake. Joint ownership is made up of a very small nice group of owners that make up Pine Bay Association. I promise ... this is the best secondary lot on the lake and you have direct membership control of it. Last year we just added a new section of the dock you see and all of this is private, plus you pay 1/10 the property taxes which is thousands of dollars you save every year!
