At Spokanebyowner, we are excited to announce a new affiliation with Venture Publishing in order to expand the audience of homebuyers who see your home.  Venture Publishing is pleased to introduce a real estate magazine dedicated to homes for sale by owner. Real Estate For Sale By Owner advertises both land and homes that are being sold by you, the property owner. They are eager to launch the first issue of this new marketing product for the Spokane area on June 29^th. 

Real Estate For Sale By Owner will be a four color, 8.5 x 11, real estate guide with 5,000 to 7,000 copies printed each month. Distribution will be throughout the Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Post Falls, Coeur d’ Alene and Hayden areas.

Advertising in this publication does not conflict with the 90 Day Exclusive Advertising Agreement.  Contact Jack Pemberton at 210-9634 and, by using the information and photos from your website, he can set up a professional, eye-catching ad for you.  The deadline for this publication will be the 15^th of each month. Ads received after the 15^th of the month will be placed in the following month’s guide.
