We were pleased with the ease with which the house sold by going with Spokanebyowner. By eliminating real estate fees, we were able to lower our asking price to a realistic level. We were impressed with the professional way Spokanebyowner handled all details. (Even the closing was easy.) We also appreciated their being available whenever we had questions. Their web site is outstanding. It was so easy to access and the photos of professional quality.  We thought it showed our house off to great advantage. Our 2 open-houses attracted quite a number of interested parties.
