Your web site will remain on the internet as long as you continue to sell by owner until you notify us that your property has sold or is no longer for sale.   Property that is listed with a real estate agent will be removed from the site.  All changes to pricing and status of the sale must be in writing!  Changes cannot be taken over the phone.

Promote your web site!  Include the words "see photos at www.spokanebyowner.com" in your newspaper advertising.  It allows you to show your home 24 hours a day (without having to clean). 

Photographs draw people to your site.  They should be colorful, clear and either in print form or digital (.bmp, jpeg or .gif format on IBM formatted disk.)  A wide angle lens will help your interior photos.  If you are local to Spokane, we may be able to help you with photos.  Contact our office to schedule a time.   Most photos are digitally compressed for quick load time so prospective buyers viewing your site will not have to wait long for the graphic image to load.  We take this extra step to provide better service to our advertisers and prospective home buyers.
